A collaborative piece with Wow Wow Wubbzy / Yin Yang Yo creator, Bob Boyle!

Bob and I usually write songs together but we branched out a bit with pens and paper! Can you see who did what? Hint: Bob is of the sea!

I enjoyed drawing my freaky walkin' chap with a crow quill nib, dipping into india ink.

I'll post further collaborations between us as they emerge! Until then, you can check out the The Doodle Dorks where we drew separate pieces for the same subjects....

A friend commissioned this piece. He asked for the text to be a Hunter S. Thompson short story from 1964 called, "What Lured Hemingway To Ketchum?" about Ernest Hemingway's fascination with Ketchum, Idaho, where died and is buried. You can see more Word Birds here and here.

I was invited to design a fabulous Cubeecraft toy which are free, print-cutout-and-assemble figurines. No tape or glue necessary! Click here to print out the template for my character KEITH!

If you print out and build him and email me (brad (at) bmossman (dot) com) a sweet photo (that you don't mind me reposting!) with your address, I'll send you an original drawing on a postcard. You can use regular paper but I found heavier, card stock easier to assemble.

Chris Beaumont is the creator of Cubeecraft toys. Along with inviting guest artist's designs, Chris creates most of them. Be sure to check out all the other Cubees.

Roz Animation in Brooklyn Gallery

The ROZ animation will be on display at the "Too Art For TV" exhibition from March 25th through April 23rd at the Erebuni Gallery in Brooklyn.

"ROZ " rolls!

I was fortunate enough to have Dana Muise animate (using Flash 8.0) and sound design some characters I came up with. They're speaking a conversation I recorded awhile back. To witness Dana gradually come up with amazing moves such as the undulating body lines and the flickering eyes set to the soundtrack he found was an absolute joy.

Each time he sent a new version for review, it all became rather breathtaking and mesmerizing as I kept hitting the "play" button again and again.... And again! He's just a fantastic animator. That's not all though...His creation/direction of his own animated projects, storyboarding, drawing and writing are all top notch.

Producer/Engineer, Scott Greiner, mixed and mastered final audio to ensure proper levels and crystal clarity.
